Upcoming Wellness Programs

Synergy Health Center is excited to expand its integrated wellness and mental health services, recognizing that true healing involves the mind, body, and spirit. Beginning in August 2025, SHC will introduce a range of wellness offerings (trauma-informed yoga, meditation, movement, restorative healing practices, and Thai massages to engage the community with wellness opportunities within UrbanZone. These offerings are designed to promote accessible, culturally responsive care. Your voice matters! SHC is expanding its Black wellness offerings in Kalamazoo, and we want to ensure our programs directly meet the needs of our community.
