Rue has spent the last 20 years connecting with and empowering at-risk youth. Her genuine commitment to learn their lingo, take interest in what they enjoy doing, and build trust by building a relationship on mutual positive experiences and respect, is her foundational approach to encouraging youth to open up about their life struggles. Building rapport and positive change takes time. Knowing this, Rue’s passion is to continue empowering at-risk youth, to reclaim their future and achieve things they never thought possible.
